Registered Nurse / Licensed Practical Nurse

You will be responsible for a range of nursing duties, including assisting with examinations, explaining procedures, conducting medical interviews, performing blood draws, administering IVs, and disinfecting.

All ages are welcome, and we also encourage those returning from a break in their nursing career!

Note: There is a maximum trial period of 6 months.

Qualified Applicants

Experience assisting with endoscopy is preferred.
Candidates without this experience who are eager to learn are also encouraged to apply.
We welcome applicants who wish to work under ¥1.3 million to remain within dependent coverage.

You will be responsible for a wide range of tasks, including reception, billing, administrative processing, and medical record creation.

What is your job title and what are your responsibilities?

I am a registered nurse. Under the guidance of the director, I examine patients who come to the clinic, assist with IVs, blood draws, and guide them through various tests, as well as perform medical procedures and nursing duties.

What made you decide to start working at Nakamura Azabu-Juban Clinic?

I wanted to study at a clinic that utilizes current technology and know-how. Additionally, the warm and welcoming environment of the clinic was a key factor in my decision to change jobs.

What do you keep in mind while working?

While it may seem like a given for any professional, I strive to interact with patients and staff with compassion and empathy.

What gives you a sense of fulfillment in your work?

I feel happy when I see the smiles and relieved expressions of my patients. Additionally, when patients express their gratitude directly, I truly appreciate the essence of this job.

How is the work environment?

Whenever I have questions, any staff member is always kind and willing to help me. Additionally, with minimal overtime, I can maintain a fulfilling personal life, allowing me to concentrate fully on my work.

What is Director Nakamura like?

He listens carefully to the patients' voices and conducts thorough examinations. He is a kind director who values the opinions of the staff as well.

What are your future goals?

There are still areas where I want to grow in knowledge and skills. I hope that by mastering these areas, I can build my confidence and be recognized by Director Nakamura and the staff as someone who has grown.
