Preventive care for healthy longevity

The director is a board-certified specialist of the Japanese Society of Anti-Aging Medicine. Insured consultations use symptoms and screening results to review blood pressure, glucose, lipids, liver function, body composition, alcohol use and sleep. The aim is earlier detection, prevention of complications and more years spent in good health.

How to visit

General internal medicine, lifestyle-related disease, gastroenterology and hepatology consultations do not require an appointment. Visit during clinic hours. Endoscopy requires advance arrangements. A cardiology specialist sees patients on Saturdays; call first to confirm the physician and hours.

Lifestyle-related disease

We provide ongoing care for high blood pressure, diabetes, dyslipidemia, hyperuricemia, obesity and fatty liver. Screening results, home records, body composition, alcohol use, medication and daily routines are reviewed together.

Gastroenterology and hepatology

A board-certified gastroenterologist and hepatologist assesses constipation, diarrhea, IBS, bloating, reflux, stomach pain, fatty liver, alcohol-related liver disease, viral hepatitis and other abnormal liver findings.

• Constipation, incomplete evacuation or alternating diarrhea and constipation

Constipation clinic

Constipation can be assessed through insured outpatient care. We review stool form and frequency, straining, incomplete evacuation, bloating, current laxatives, diet, fluid intake, activity, medication and relevant medical history.

General symptoms and screening findings

A board-certified general internist reviews symptoms, medical history, medication and screening results before recommending the appropriate examination, treatment or specialist referral.

Allergic rhinitis and thyroid concerns

Sneezing, runny nose, nasal congestion and seasonal allergies can be discussed through insured outpatient care. Thyroid-related symptoms and abnormal screening results can be assessed with examination, blood tests and thyroid ultrasound when indicated.
