Patients aged 18 or older who have chosen gastroscopy or colonoscopy can send three preferred date and time options.

Your appointment is confirmed when we agree on the date and time by email or phone

Choose your examination and confirm eligibility, complete the short questionnaire, then enter preferred dates and contact details. Review everything and submit once. The clinic reviews your request and sends an initial email. Your appointment is confirmed when you and the clinic agree on the date and time by email or phone.

A submitted request is not a confirmed appointment
Online endoscopy requests are accepted from patients aged 18 or older
A colonoscopy request requires an in-person clinic visit by the previous day to receive the bowel preparation
The clinic calls before confirmation when medication or another safety item must be checked
Submit the questionnaire together with your request. Further checks may be needed at the clinic
Call during clinic hours to change or cancel a request
