Clinical information is provided in Japanese, English, Simplified Chinese, Traditional Chinese and Korean. Confirm in advance if you need in-clinic interpretation in a language other than English.

Booking
On foreign-language booking forms, preferred language, Japanese public health insurance status and interpreter needs are optional. You can submit a request without them. Do not send symptoms or medication names by ordinary email. The clinic checks them by phone when needed and on the paper questionnaire at your visit.
