FAQ

Frequently asked questions

Answers to common questions before visiting the clinic.

01

Do general outpatient visits require an appointment?

General internal medicine and gastroenterology visits do not require an appointment. Visit during clinic hours. Endoscopy and health screening require advance booking.

02

Can a patient under 18 visit the clinic?

Patients under 18 must attend with a parent or guardian.

03

Should I bring my health screening results?

Bring the complete report if available. It helps the doctor review whether consultation or further testing is appropriate.

04

I am taking medication

Bring a medication notebook or another record showing the medicine names and doses. Do not stop medication on your own; ask the clinic in advance.

05

How much does endoscopy cost, and how long does it take?

Costs vary depending on the consultation, tissue sampling and treatment, so detailed price categories are not used as the main guide. Observation usually takes about six to seven minutes for gastroscopy and about 20 minutes for colonoscopy. Total time at the clinic varies with preparation, recovery after sedation and other individual conditions.
