Purpose of use
Personal information is used only as necessary to provide medical care, process health insurance administration and contact patients about clinic services.
Security controls
The clinic applies necessary administrative and security measures to prevent unauthorized access, loss or disclosure of personal information.
Online questionnaire data
For endoscopy preparation, the booking form asks about symptoms, medical history, medication and allergies. The clinic notification email includes booking information and questionnaire answers; the patient confirmation email does not include questionnaire answers. Encrypted temporary data on the server is deleted after sending is processed. Data left by an interruption is removed by a scheduled cleanup after 24 hours have elapsed. Records used to prevent duplicate submissions and track delivery are retained for 30 days without questionnaire text. Emails received by the clinic are managed under its personal information procedures and are not covered by this temporary-data deletion. Google Analytics does not run on booking, questionnaire or submission-completion pages.
Site analytics
The clinic uses Google LLC's Google Analytics to improve this website. Google Analytics uses cookies and similar technologies to collect broad page categories, language, device and browser information, approximate location, referral source, and use of phone and booking links. It does not send anything entered in contact or booking forms, patient or medical information, or actual symptom page names. Analytics can be disabled or re-enabled at any time through Analytics settings in the site footer.
