The director is a board-certified general internist, gastroenterologist, hepatologist and gastrointestinal endoscopy specialist and trainer. General symptoms, lifestyle-related conditions, allergies and thyroid concerns are considered together with digestive symptoms, fatty liver, MASH and endoscopy needs.

Screening results and changes in everyday health may offer an opportunity to prevent future illness. As a board-certified specialist of the Japanese Society of Anti-Aging Medicine, the director reviews blood pressure, glucose, lipids, liver function, body composition, alcohol use and sleep, then discusses appropriate insured treatment and practical changes. Self-pay services are presented separately on the private-care website.

The clinic provides the examinations and treatment available on site and arranges referral when advanced testing, admission or surgery is needed. A visiting cardiology specialist also sees patients on Saturdays, adding specialist support for cardiovascular concerns related to lifestyle disease.

Dr. Nakamura graduated from Keio University School of Medicine and worked in university, national and community hospitals in internal medicine, gastroenterology, hepatology and endoscopy. His qualifications include board certification in general internal medicine, gastroenterology, hepatology, gastrointestinal endoscopy and anti-aging medicine.
