About the ClinicIn addition to two exam rooms, Nakamura Azabujuban Clinic has rooms for administering x-rays, performing endoscopy procedures, and recovery and consultation. The clinic possesses the latest high-end equipment for diagnosing upper and lower gastrointestinal tract disorders, as well as for administering other tests, such as ultrasound, x-rays and electrocardiograms. The doors and walls are thick to ensure your privacy during all consultations and treatments.

A 1992 graduate of the Keio University School of Medicine, Dr. Mitsuyasu Nakamura is board-certified in four medical specialties, including internal medicine, gastroenterology and hepatology. He also holds a PhD in gastroenterology from Keio. A member of the American College of Physicians for eight years, he spent four years as a postdoctoral fellow at the University of Texas doing research in microbiology and immunology, and speaks fluent English. In addition to the above, Dr. Nakamura is a board member of the Japanese Society of Gastroenterology (Kanto Branch) and the Japanese Society of Hepatology (East Japan Area). Health screening (such as ningen dokku) and vaccinations as well as anti-aging assessments and regimens are available as well. Dr. Nakamura can also refer you to other top-flight physicians specializing in advanced treatment for various conditions and illnesses as necessary.
The clinic is ready to treat you for everything from common conditions such as influenza, constipation, fatigue and abdominal pain to migraines, gout, hypertension, diabetes and anorexia.

Location & Hours
The clinic is just a one-minute walk from exit 4 of Azabu-Juban Station on the Nanboku and Oedo lines on the second floor of the Azabu-Juban Square building.
Nakamura Azabujuban Clinic is open Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday and Friday from 10 a.m. to 1 p.m. and 3 to 6:30 p.m., and from 9 a.m. to noon on Saturdays. The clinic is closed on Thursdays, Sundays and public holidays. Walk-ins are allowed, but please make a reservation to ensure that we can help you as quickly as possible.
Policy
Nakamura Azabujuban Clinic accepts National Health Insurance. Please bring your insurance card with you when coming in for appointments, consultations or procedures.
